welp, doesn't show any in Bulgaria.
That's cool. I would love to go meet other RWBY fans since I have yet met any irl. Unfortunately, it's during the week of my finals and I might possibly have a final on the 28th. I should check just to be sure, because I would love to go. Gas and mileage is also an issue because I use my parents' car and what I believe is going to be the closest showing is 40 minutes away, assuming traffic isn't bad. I don't have friends I can think of that would be okay going to this as well so I would have to go alone, but oh well. It'll be worth it if I can make some friends there.
Now if only they showed this in Asia. ;_;
Only 26 people have reserved tickets in San diego. I probably wait for more people to sign up for the movie. I do really want to meet other fans of the show in my area.
Oh sweet. The ticket comes with a one time 25% discount code.
EDIT: For the RT store.
Today's the day! Can't wait to see RWBY on the big screen. =D
Well, unfortunately I would be seeing this in the big screen. Hoped they used the DVD version here.
Oh shit, today's the day! Too bad there are no showings anywhere near me.
It was awesome to see a volume it in it's entirety in one sitting! I dragged my friend along who hadn't seen RWBY before, she's already told me she's coming back for Vol 2 and 3
I had an awesome time at my local RWBY screening. The picture and sound quality really hold up well in the theater, and I definitely plan on seeing Volumes II and III in the future.
I said this last time with Lazer Team, but I'll say it again: it's nice doing these kind of things with the RT community. When so much of the community interaction is online, you can sometimes feel like you're the only one in your area. And then you come to sold out events like this where so many people that are your neighbors come out to share a night together and enjoy something we all love. That sense of community is worth the price of admission IMO, and RWBY feels that much more special for it.
Plus, getting an exclusive teaser of RWBY Chibi was pretty cool.
